Exciting new changes at Ender

Hello Ender parents! 👋 Alex here, some of you may know me as a host from the Minecraft and Roblox Clubs. I'm here to share some big news about the future of the Ender Gaming Clubs.

Under New Management

As many of you know, our hosts are at the center of the club experience - they are the glue that holds the club experience together. Many of you have been kind enough to reach out and let us know how much you appreciate our hosts’ efforts in making a fun and safe environment to socialize, play, and form new friendships. From my perspective, our hosts are the most valuable part of our product.

That’s why I’m excited to announce that Ender is now owned and operated by its hosts! At the end of last year, myself and my fellow host Maya were presented with the opportunity to become co-owners of this business, and given how important the clubs are to us on a personal level we happily accepted.

What’s Changing

As we take over day-to-day club operations, we’re making a handful of adjustments to the club experience. Here’s what you can expect:

• Our base subscription price is now more affordable! We’re now proud to offer access to all of our clubs for only $45 a month. That’s about $1.50 a day, which we think is a great deal. This includes Minecraft Club, Roblox Club, and any new clubs we introduce in the future.

• We are introducing a monthly subscription model! We heard a lot of feedback that some families who were interested in joining the club couldn’t justify paying for several months up-front. We’ll offer multi-month packs again in the future that offer you a discounted monthly rate.

• Our voice calls will now be powered by Zoom! For some kids (and parents) our bespoke voice chat software has sometimes been difficult to get acquainted with. Many families are already well-acquainted with Zoom, so hosting our voice calls via Zoom will make the call experience easier than ever to navigate and manage. Best of all, the process of entering the voice call will be the same as it has always been - just go to our website and click the button to join.

• We’re expanding our Friday club hours! Our current hours on Fridays are 4pm-7pm Central, but we’ll be expanding them beginning on January 10th so that club is open from 3pm-8pm Central. That’s the same expanded hours we offer on Saturday and Sunday, and will give kids more time to kick off the weekend with all their friends from club.
