Ender’s play sessions are supervised, monitored, and moderated by a team of trained adults called hosts. Hosts are experienced players with educational backgrounds. You can learn more about who they are, our hiring process, and the host training program.
Requirements
Each host meets the following criteria:
- Must be over the age of 18
- Expert player with 3-5 years of playing experience
- Professional experience working with kids ages 5-12
Vetting Process
- Multiple interviews
- Background check
- Reference checks
Background Check
Each host must complete a background check, education verification, and employment verification. Checks and verifications are conducted and verified through Checkr.
Training Process
Each host completes a two week training, in which they:
- Shadow an existing host for at least one week
- Review our community and moderation rules
- Learn how to guide kids who are neurodivergent
- Dive into using Ender’s platform and server tools
