Your Ender Gaming Clubs subscription is managed by Stripe. Accessing the Stripe billing portal will allow you to manage your subscription.

Accessing the Stripe billing portal

The easiest way to access the billing portal is by visiting https://app.joinender.com/me/billing.

You can also access the billing portal through the Ender website:

1. Log into your Ender account using the account's registered email address.
2. Select one of your child accounts from the list you see upon login.
3. On the club join page, click the icon in the top-right corner, and select "Billing" from the dropdown menu.

What can I do in the billing portal?

Here are some of the billing settings you can modify by accessing the billing portal:

• Add/remove payment methods
• Choose which payment method will be billed when your subscription renews
• See your billing history
• Update your billing email address
• Cancel your recurring subscription
