Safety at Ender

Keeping your kid safe is our number one priority, so Ender uses a combination of safety tools and practices to ensure that all our members are safe when they’re playing online.

Age Verification

Every new member is required to verify their age via live video during their first session on Ender. We do not require webcam use during all sessions, but we request members to enable video in order to verify their identity on their first day.

No Personal Details

To protect everyone's identity and personal information, we only display at the maximum a child's first name and last initial during Zoom calls. Other personal details are kept private, and kids are heavily discouraged from sharing personally-identifiable information.

Private Servers

All play sessions are held in private, members-only servers to ensure kids only play with other kids when they’re online. Before a child can access one of these servers, access must be manually granted by a host.

Adult Supervision

Sessions are always supervised by trained adults called hosts, who are responsible for helping fix problems and resolve disputes between attendees. Members can virtually raise their hand at anytime for 1:1 help.
