Ender Gaming Club ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of children who use our online gaming services, website, and community channels (collectively, the "Service").

This Children’s Privacy Policy explains our information collection practices for users under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). It is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect information in two ways: directly from the parent/guardian and automatically through the use of our services.

A. Information Provided by Parents/Guardians

‍To register a child for our club, we require a parent or legal guardian to provide the following:

• Parent/Guardian full name and email address.
• Billing information (processed via our third-party payment processor).
• Child’s display name or "Gamertag" (we advise against using real names).
• Account identifiers for relevant game accounts (Minecraft, Roblox).
• Child’s date of birth (to validate age and eligibility) and gender.

B. Information Collected from the Child

‍Once authorized, children may share information while using our Service:

• In-Game Chat/Voice: We may monitor text or voice chat for safety and moderation purposes.
• Gameplay Data: We collect technical data such as log-in times, server interactions, and game progress.

C. Persistent Identifiers

‍We may collect technical identifiers, such as IP addresses or device IDs, solely for the purpose of supporting the internal operations of our Service (e.g., maintaining user sessions, security, and authentication).

2. How We Use This Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

1. Account Management: To create and manage the child’s access to our private servers.
2. Safety & Moderation: To monitor for bullying, profanity, or inappropriate behavior in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
3. Communication: To send parents updates regarding club hours, billing, or disciplinary issues.
4. Legal Compliance: To verify parental consent as required by law.

We do not sell children’s personal information to third parties.

3. Parental Consent

In compliance with COPPA, we require Verifiable Parental Consent before collecting any personal information from a child. We verify identity by processing a credit card transaction at time of sign-up.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with select third-party service providers to run our club. These providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of that information.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures (encryption, secure servers, and access controls) to protect the confidentiality and integrity of children's information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Parental Rights & Control

At any time, parents/guardians have the right to:

1. Review the personal information we have collected about their child.
2. Request deletion of their child’s personal information.
3. Refuse further collection or use of the child’s information (this may result in the termination of the child's membership).
