How to refer friends and earn account credit:
- Log into the Ender Gaming Club website and access the Account Management page.
- Select "Referrals" in the left-hand menu.
- Copy your shareable link and share it OR fill in your friend's email address and we'll send an invite on your behalf.
- Seven days after the referred users pays for their first month of club, we'll add a $30 account credit to your account.
- Credit will be applied to the cost of your Ender Gaming Club subscription during your next billing cycle!
FAQs
How will I know when I have received a referral award?
We'll send a confirmation email each time you receive a referral award. For privacy reasons, we won't indicate which referral was responsible for the award.
Can I earn rewards for multiple referrals?
Yes! Each referred user who pays for their month of access and stays subscribed for 7 days will earn you an account credit.
Will I still qualify for my referral award if the referred user doesn't sign up immediately?
Yes! There is no time limit on this referral program; whenever a new member signs up and stays subscribed for 7 days, we will grant the referral award.
How will I know if someone has accepted my referral?
Visit the Referrals section of the Account Management page, and at the bottom you will see a list of referrals that have been successfully attributed to you.
I referred someone but I didn't receive credit, why might that be?
If you referred a user but their sign-up was not attributed to you, it may be because they followed a different user's referral link, or alternatively they may have neglected to follow your referral link before signing up. Have that referred user reach out to our support team at team@joinender.com and we can ensure rewards are properly credited.
What happens if a user I referred signs up with a different email address than the one I provided?
Referral credit is granted based on the link contained in your referral email, so the referred user can sign up with any email address. As long as they used your link to navigate to the Ender website before signing up, the referral will be attributed to you.
Why do I need to wait 7 days to receive the award?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee to our subscribers. In order to prevent potential abuse of the referral system, we require that the users you refer maintain their subscription until the refund window has passed.
Do I need to already be a member of the Ender Gaming Clubs to qualify for the referral award?
Only existing Ender Gaming Clubs members who have subscribed for at least one month qualify to receive a referral award.
Do I need to have an active subscription to the Ender Gaming Clubs to qualify for the referral award?
No, you can earn referral rewards while your subscription is inactive. Rewards credited to you will remain in your account until you resubscribe, and those credits never expire.
